GRIESBACH, GERMANY

GOLF RESORT BAD GRIESBACH, PORSCHE GOLF COURSEBAD

  • Designed by double Masters champion Bernhard Langer.
  • Designed 2 other courses at this golf resort, the largest in Europe, with 10 golf courses.
  • Langers' designs are characterized by testing every aspect of his game.
  • This is a view of the 9th hole and the clubhouse in the background.

ATZENBRUGG, AUSTRIA

 DIAMOND COUNTRY CLUB

Home of the Austrian Open since 2009Inaugural site of the "shot clock masters" Tour players were on the clock for every shot, with a 2 shot penalty if they went over time.

Looking towards hole 16 and its island green, this exemplifies the entire course where water comes into play on 8 holes, course management is imperative here to avoid a high score.

The water is of drinking quality, and on a hot day is certainly attractive.

Designed by Jeremy Pern, this course consistently ranks in the top 150 in Europe.

SENICA, SLOVAKIA

PENATI GOLF RESORT

The 15th hole Legends Course Jack Nicklaus Design Par 6 787 yards (716 m)

The longest hole in European Tour history Interesting hole that is incredibly long.Definitely one of the highlights of the tour.

The Legends and Heritage courses are so flawless: this course is one of our all-time favorites.

BUDAPEST, HUNGARY

PANNONIA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB

The former imperial stable from the 19th century has been converted into a beautiful clubhouse 50 minutes from the center of Budapest.

  • Golfers will have the opportunity to have lunch or a snack in the clubhouse depending on the time of day.
  • Meals are chosen from the menu.
  • Regional or international quality dishes.
  • Beer, wine, soft drinks are included.
  • Liquors and bottles to be purchased at additional cost.
  • In order for guests to return to the ship in time for dinner, the time available for a drink depends on the pace of play and cannot always be guaranteed.

One of the most challenging holes on this course designed by Frank Erhardt, the Austrian designer who designed other masterpieces such as Fontana, which hosted the Austrian Open until 2009. He still believes Pannonia is one of the best courses he has had the privilege of working on.Hole 9 (pictured) is a long uphill triple dogleg par 5.
